GUILLOTINE MERAK
Table-top handle guillotine, ideal for bookbindery ateliers, print-shops and offices. Great cutting thickness and ideal format: suitable for books, continuous forms, labels etc. Inclined blade with end-of-stroke alignment: the cleanest cut with the lowest effort. Fully cast iron structure, back guide with reference ruler divided into millimetres. Supplied with spare blade, spanners and standard tools. On request, support height-frame.

BOOK-BACK ROUNDING MACHINE GIOMATIC
Rounding machine for book blocks. Rotating jaws, spring-loaded lower frame with adjustment motor. Both jaws are fine-striped, to improve the gripping on the book back. Heavy steel frame structure, great strength.

DOUBLE GLUING MACHINE FOR CASING-IN GEMINI
Double gluing machine to case-in books. It glues both sides of the book in one pass, to manually fit the hard-cover. The machine only uses PVA glues. Twin-roller gluing system for a perfect smearing. Movable pasting group, with compensation for the different thickness. Output onto conveyers with adjustable height. Three-speed operation to suit to all production requirements. Long life rust-proof materials.

JOINT-FORMING MACHINE
FOR BOOKS CRATER
Useful in bookbindery to form the
opening joint between cover and spine
of the book. Electrically heated blades with thermo-control. Steel frame with plastic support tables.
Versions with treadle and pneumatic operation.
On request: auto-cycle device for the pneumatic version, allows adjustment
of pressure time.

HYDRAULIC BOOK PRESS MENKAR-OL
Bookbindery press with adjustable pressure: ideal to press cased-in books or paper-over-board binders. Control push-buttons with automatic locking valve; adjustable pressure and manometer indicator. Mainframe
crossbar with in-built oil tank: optimised overall dimensions.
Versions with upper lowering plate, or
double-effect with central plate pressing alternatively down or up: leaving the
opposite pressure area free for a new load, the working time is optimized.
On request: support height-frame for
simple effect versions.
