	Modular machines with high-power precision creasing device with adjustable blades: suitable for board from 200g/sm up to 4mm and more. ARIES manual version: double register guides on the rear table, front multiple guide (optional). Distances from creasing line to board edge from 20 to 500 mm. ARIEMAT automatic version: feeding between the dragging rollers, fibre-optic sensor to detect sheet, computer-controlled creasing positions, output to collector table or in-line to automatic riveting machine for affixing ring-mechanism. In a few seconds, the creasing programs can be set, stored and recalled, thanks to the custom-made software; 100 memories with 100 creasing programs are available. Manual cycle option, for thickness and size change. Set-up in less than one minute: ideal even for minimum quantities. Available with automatic top-loading sheet feeder: total reliability and no marks even on delicate materials.


	CREASING MACHINE DRACO Rotary creasing machine for board thickness of 0.2 to 3mm, for the production of presspan three-flap folders, office files, ring-binders, project folders, ring-binders and similar products. All creasings are made simultaneously in one pass: high production. The measures can be set by changing the position and the quantity of the creasing blades: for board thickness up to 1.5mm distances multiples of 6.28mm, for board over 1.5mm multiple of 12.56mm. It is possible to crease any type of board by changing the lower roller and the creasing blades. Modular manufacturing design, to allow the future automating of the machine. Displacement synchronised by a chain device with millimetric adjustment. Output collector table. Strength and reliability for heavy-duty use. Available versions with manual sheet feeding or automatic with high-pile sheet feeder and pre-loading device, to optimise the loading time. Special version for the creasing of side flaps of three-flap folders, project-holders and similar products; automatic top-loading feeder; output onto conveyor belt. Supplied with: one lower roller and 20 creasing blades; spanners and accessories. On request: lower roller and creasing blades for materials of all kinds and thickness; special lower roller to crease polypropylene.

	CREASING MACHINE PERSEUS Table-top creasing and perforating machine. Creasing of board up to 800 g/sm; perforation on any kind of material up to 300 g/sm. Support tables with register guides. Rotating components on ball bearings, oversized structure: the highest strength and reliability for production tasks. Motor-powered and lever operated versions. Supplied with: creasing tool with two different counter-creasing grooves, to crease materials up to 250 g/sm; perforating tool with half-perforation device. On request: special creasing tools for board up to 800 g/sm.

RIVETING MACHINE MIRA

Double head riveting machine to fit two rivets simultaneously on ring-binders, sample books and similar products. Wide setting range for the distance between the two rivets, head supports with the smallest dimensions: to fit each kind of mechanism. Back tables to support the board, with side and depth registers.
Two versions: pneumatic or motor-powered.
Supplied with: loaders, togs and riveting heads for rivets from 3/6 to 3/10 type.
On request: loaders, togs and riveting heads for other rivet types and for eyelets; automatic start device with board position sensors.

	Designed for the digital printing processes, this multi-purpose machine performs creasing on paper and board up to 500 g/sm: brochures, perfect-binding book-covers, booklets, etc. Creasing is always perfect regardless of grain direction. A PC controls sheet movement through the unit and also action of a rise and fall tool system. Set up is both simple and fast: PC program allows 100 job memory enabling up to 100 hits per sheet. Top-loading suction feeder, sheets are fed into nip rollers, the item is creased and ejected onto a delivery table or in-line to a folding machine. The machine cycles up to over 2000 pcs/h (one crease A3 to A4). Available versions with manual feeding or with high-speed rising-pile sheet-feeder. Complete with creasing tool for paper/board of 100 to 300 g/sm. Different tools are available: creasing up to 500 g/sm, various types of perforation, hole punching.
