the base for a range of different models
and versions. All-in-one production unit to
produce binders, sample books, book
covers, boxes and other paper over board items. The machines can be completed in subsequent steps, according to changing of production requirements, and always guaranteeing high quality and constant
output. Fast set-up, easily accessible, big
size range are the features that make its success. The modular units can be
combined into production lines, according
to size and product range: automatic sheet gluing, manual or automatic board spotting, nip roller or turning-in machine in line at output.

HELIOMAT - GLUER
Gluing unit suitable for materials of any thickness and type. Perfectly glued surfaces, short cleaning and maintenance times.
Gluing of paper, plastic laminater paper,
cloth, buckrum and other materials.
Turning-in unit Virgo or nip-roller Auriga
in line at output.

Main features:
° Rising-pile sheet-feeder with side-lay
register, removable from the gluing unit
for manual feeding and for maintenance
° Hot and cold top-surface gluing unit
with circulation pump and vacuum
transport belt

° Glue mixer and viscosimeter (options)

° Indexing stop with board spotting guide
for single or multiple board pieces

VIRGO - EDGE-TURNER
Automatic turning-in unit, it can be used
in-line or independently.
Suitable for single-piece binders, joint
multi-piece or routed binders,
book covers. It turns-in all types of paper over board materials, ensuring high and constant quality output.

Main features:
° Four-sides turning-in in a single pass
° Automatic corner folding
° High power nip-roller pressing unit,
for a perfect adherence of the covering
material
° Simple pressing cycle for lining
operation and for lamination

SPOTTER - AUTOMATIC BOARD FEEDER
This unit places the board (single and multiple boards or routed sheets) on the glued sheet (or the binder on the lining sheet) with perfect register.
Also suitable for simple paper over board mounting of any thickness.

Main features:
° Fast change-over
° Allows manual spotting for short-runs
° Raising-pile hopper with external
pre-loading device

On demand:
- loader for pre-cut thin-board stripes
for book spines

OUTPUT DEVICES - OPTIONAL

To be placed at output of all production lines.

Two versions available:
° Side-moving conveyor belt with counting device: suitable for binders and book-covers
° Pallet-tray platform with piling guides and auto-level sensors: suitable for medium and big sizes
