These models have been projected for
short run production of binders, book
covers and paper-over-board items.
A gluing unit for hot and cold glue, a
vacuum table with board spotting guides,
a turning-in unit with automatic corner
folding, and a final nip-roller are mounted
on a support table with transport wheels.
The operators stands in the center and
can easily perform all the operations for
the production of binders and book covers.
This one-operator productive unit fits into
confined space, it is practic versatile
and always ready-to-use with no
change over time.

EDGE GLUER ANTLIA
Machine very useful for many edge-gluing works with: paper, card-board, plastic,
wood etc. up to 15mm thickness.
It uses all types of water-based cold glues: PVA, dextrin etc. Dosage basin with micrometric setting, gluing on top part of
the sheet: immediate overview on the executed work and extreme neatness
even for the gluing on more edges.

GLUER SIRIUS
Table-top gluing machine, suitable both for PVA, dextrin and cold glues in general and
for hot animal glues up to 70°C max. Glue heating by radiation through a thermo-controlled resistance: reduced condensation and shorter maintenance time. Glue dosage through micrometric scraper. Smearing on materials up to 0.3mm thick: paper, cloth, fabric, buckrum, PVC and others. Three-speed operation: suitable to all production requirements. Long life guaranteed by wide use of rust-proof materials.
Available versions with full gluing roller and with discs for gluing on stripes or on the edges of the sheet. On request: pressure device to glue materials up to 8mm thick: board, solid and corrugated card-board, plastic, laminil, wood, polystyrene etc.

GLUER LYNX
Versatile and precise gluing machine,
suitable to a large range of tasks, with both PVA, dextrin and cold glues in general, and hot animal glues up to 70°C. Glue heating
by radiation through a thermo-controlled resistance: reduced condensation and
shorter maintenance time. Suitable for
gluing materials of up to 0.3 mm thick:
paper, cloth, fabric, buckrum, PVC, etc.
Twin-roller smearing system: perfect dosage of the glue. Three-speed operation: suitable
to all production requirements. Long life ensured by the large use of rust-proof materials. Available table-top version and height-frame versions.
On request: pressing unit for materials up
to 8 mm thickness like board, solid and corrugated card-board, plastic, laminil,
wood, polystyrene etc.; gluing device for stripes; special-size versions.

NIP ROLLER AURIGA
Nip-roller press with great diameter rubber coated pressure rollers, for pressing and smoothing glued sheets of paper, board
and similar materials; it removes wrinkles
and bubbles. Mechanical drive system of
the rollers, to enable processing up to
20mm thick materials; spring pressure and
thickness are independently adjustable.
Easy removable collector table, to reduce
the overall dimensions. Ready to be
connected in-line with the conveyer belt
of the Helios and Heliomat gluing machines. Available top-table and height-frame
versions.
On request: speed-variator to facilitate lamination with difficult adhering materials; modification to allow the pressing of
materials up to 80mm of overall thickness; special size versions.
